It’s tough to learn that you’re not loved, not wanted. It’s tough to go through a bitter divorce.

That’s what Texarkana College President Frank Coleman found out firsthand Tuesday. He was unceremoniously dumped by the board in a close 5-4 decision.

The administrator got an ugly education.

In a room packed with his supporters, he was taken to the woodshed. Then the board voted not to extend his contract, which elapses next July.
