Bush administration suffers blow at hands of military tribunal

Last week, a U.S. military jury convicted Salim Hamdan, who had worked as a driver for Osama bin Laden, on charges of providing material support to terrorism. The jury acquitted him of far more serious charges of conspiracy to commit terrorism.
