The last of the evacuees from Hurricane Gustav are heading home from shelters in Arkansas and Texas.

But they may be coming back sooner than anyone thought.

Hurricane Ike, a deadly storm that is tearing through the Caribbean, is heading for the Southern Gulf Coast.

Sunday, Ike devastated the Turks and Caicos, damaging nearly 80 percent of the homes on the two islands. It then raged through Haiti and part of the Bahamas chain and was preparing to make landfall early today on Cuba, possibly hitting the capitol of Havana directly.
