Use common sense to avoid losing your cash

On Thursday’s front page we had a story of a Nash, Texas, woman indicted by a federal grand jury on wire fraud charges stemming from an alleged Internet scheme conducted with conspirators in Nigeria.

The suspects allegedly found items to buy on Craig’s List, a popular Internet classified ad site, and paid for the merchandise with bad checks written for more than the value of the items.
