The recent $700 billion (more or less, probably more) bailout of Wall Street still has many Americans simmering in anger.

Now many are becoming boiling mad.

The U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve promised transparency in the bailout. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke vowed the same transparency before Congress.
