It’s a small thing, really. But it will make things a bit easier for Texarkana residents.

Texarkana Water Utilities announced this week it will soon scrap its system of mailing out bills on oversized postcards in favor of the more common, full-page bill sent in a sealed envelope, with a reply envelope enclosed.

Customers should start receiving the new bills in March.
