James and Nicesie Vaughn of Saratoga, Ark., announce the engagement of their daughter, Bonita Quinn Vaughn, to Chevis Barnett Spratt III, the son of Ginette Craig of Port Huron, Mich., and the late Fred Craig and Chevis Spratt Jr. Miss Vaughn is a graduate of Spelman College, Atlanta, Ga. She is employed with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Decatur, Ga. The prospective groom is a graduate of Albany State University, Albany, Ga. He is employed with Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. The wedding will be 5 p.m. Aug. 4 at Allgood United Methodist Church, Stone Mountain, Ga.
