Miranda Shari Smallwood and Jason Reed Hechler were united in marriage May 24 at the Pavillion of Griffin, Griffin, Ga. The Rev. Katherine Pasch performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Chris and Bagitta Smallwood and Steve and Carrie Hechler of Griffin. The groom is the grandson of Ray and Ruth Hechler of Texarkana, Texas, and Georgia Keller of Linden, Texas, and the late J.B. Keller.

After a wedding trip to Alaska, the couple will live in Griffin.
