In one Parisian shop, it’s always Thanksgiving

PARIS, France—While window-shopping one late night on the Rue St. Paul, a bottle of Tabasco sauce stopped me short.

The store was called, simply, if inexplicably, Thanksgiv-ing. The establishment had subtitles, including “Cuisine de Louisiane,” which brought me back the next day during regular hours to ask questions.
