Larry and Peggy Day of York, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Nichole Day, to Corey Lamar Thurman, the son of Kelvin and Wanda Thurman of Warren, Mich., formerly of Texarkana, Texas.

Miss Day is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania. She is employed with Media One Pennsylvania.

The prospective groom attends California University of Pennsylvania. He is employed with York Revolution Professional Baseball Team.

The wedding will be 6 p.m. Dec. 5 at York County Heritage Trust.
