Terry and Denise Vines of Hope, Ark., announce the engagement of their daughter, Caroline Brett Vines, to Robert “Cody” Fow, the son of Steve and Rhonda Fow and Kim Hurst of Van Buren, Ark.
Miss Vines is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. She is employed with Benton Physical Therapy.
The prospective groom is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is employed with Elliott Electrical LLC.
The wedding will be 6 p.m. July 23 at New Moon Palace Spa and Golf Resort, Cancun, Mexico.
