Egg-Heads crack open their cooking skills Saturday at Dot's Ace Hardware for a Texarkana EggFest.
Who are these Egg-Heads? They're Big Green Egg enthusiasts who come together to display their cooking skills for this event. EggFests are held nationwide and this is Texarkana's Big Green Egg celebration. Ticketholders can participate by signing up to act as tasters-watching cooks, gaining recipe ideas and trying each team's culinary concoctions. EggFests typically feature a diverse array of dishes.
EggFest begins at 9:30 a.m. with food available all day.
Big Green Eggs shut down at 3 p.m.
