Red Lick school district paving way for growth

Great things are happening at Red Lick ISD, and we are growing with over 500 students.

The Board of Trustees established a new position for a full-time registered nurse, as well as created the Red Lick ISD Police Department.

"Our board is committed to the health and safety of our staff and students," Superintendent Brandon Dennard stated. "I am excited about these two new additions to our family and look forward to what their services will provide our community."

Another item on the agenda was selecting a contractor for a parking lot project scheduled for the summer.

"We have large turnouts for our events here, and up to this point, we run out of parking space because it becomes so crowded. With the addition of these two new parking lots, our families will appreciate the comfort and safety provided."

The summer also will be a busy time of preparing for the 2018-19 school year. When students and parents return in the fall, they will see quite a few changes and improvements to our facilities.
