Parker Bennett, 14, of Texarkana, Ark., recently received the Eagle Scout Award in a court of honor at Trinity Baptist Church. Parker is a member of Troop 707 and Trinity Baptist Church and is an 8th grader at North Heights Junior High School. He is the son of Kenny and Jo Bennett of Texarkana, Ark.
