It might be hard to handle seven nights of the party atmosphere Virgin Voyages' first ship Scarlet Lady is serving up, but for the ship's first season out of Miami, people won't have to.

That's because the line revealed four- and five-night itineraries planned for the winter 2020 sailings in the Caribbean.

Already announced was Virgin's plans to sail to Cuba with overnight stays in Havana, which is being called the Havana After Dark sailings. Now the line has rolled out two other voyages: Mayan Sol to Costa Maya, Mexico, and Dominican Daze to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The Mexican and Dominican Republic trips will be five-night options. All sailings will either feature overnight stays or late-night departures allowing for longer shore-side activities.

Sailings will depart Miami after sunset at 7 p.m. The line also said every sailing will visit a second destination, details of which will be revealed on Feb. 14 when the ship's inaugural season will open for booking.

"Our research with sailors unearthed their desire to go to places that allow for a variety of experiences," said Diana Block Garcia, vice president of itinerary and destination development for Virgin Voyages in a press release. "We set out on an adventure to find overnight destinations that have a combination of opportunities for high energy exploration and places for relaxation, as the perfect complement to our Virgin Voyages experience. We have composed itineraries that have a sense of palpable culture, history and above all induce that carefree feeling that you only get while on holiday."

Also revealed were details about the 1,330 cabins on board the ship, which augment the 78 RockStar suites previously announced. 93 percent of the cabins feature an ocean view with 85 percent featuring a terrace.

The key feature to most cabins is the introduction of a convertible bed, called a Seabed, which transforms from a full-size bed into a lounger allowing for more space in the cabin.

Also part of the design is mood lighting tailored to fit the time of day and location of the ship, such as golds and purples during sunsets. Cabins will feature saddle leather chairs, 43-inch 4K HDTVs, mini bars and a whimsical "glam area."

Terraces will have custom-designed hammock chairs.

Categories include XL Sea Terrace cabins, Sea Terrace cabins, Sea View cabins, Insider cabins, Social Insider cabins that sleep up to four and Solo Insider cabins.

"We didn't want to create the same old box of a bedroom that our sailors would only use to lay their head down at night," said Dee Cooper, senior vice president of design for Virgin Voyages. "We wanted to reshape the entire cabin experience."

Scarlet Lady is the first of four cruise ships planned for the line. Yet to be named, ships two through four are due in 2021, 2022 and 2023. All the roughly 110,000-gross-ton ships in the fleet are for those 18 and older.

The ship pays a lot of homage to Virgin's other brands including Virgin Music and Virgin Galactic with a rock-star mentality among its cabins, restaurants and bars including a drag show in the line's signature restaurant Razzle Dazzle and even an on-board tattoo parlor.

While exact costs have yet to be revealed, the line said that fares will include all restaurants, group fitness classes, soft drinks and other features that would be upcharges on other cruise lines.

Scarlet Lady and 2021's ship are under construction at Fincantieri shipyards in Italy.
