Texarkana, Arkansas School District Board of Trustees members Jimmy Hickey, Jr. and Anthony Ware joined community members of the College Hill Community Development Corporation Thursday night to discuss a bond increase which the school district is pushing in a May 8 vote. TASD officials have proposed a 1.7 mil increase to build a new wing at Arkansas High School, add a food court, demolish the old building and create 94 public parking spaces for the public for $6,850,000.
