DE QUEEN, Ark.--Ae Lonoke, Ark. man who crushed his 1992 Nissan pickup truck with a back hoe remains in the Sevier County jail after being charged Friday for allegedly threatening two men with a gun. Curtis Edward Butler, 44, of Lonoke, was charged with aggravated assault Friday in the Sevier County Circuit Clerks office for allegedly pointing a gun at Jason Miles and Lee Denton. The charge is a Class D felony with a potential sentence of up to six years in prison and a maximum fine of $10,000.
