The Texas Department of Transportation plans to add or enhance safety features along two Bowie County highways this spring. ‘We are looking at installing additional safety features on culverts, replacing safety guardrails and replacing and upgrading terminals on existing safety guardrails along two sections of highways at each end of the county’ said Kenny Icenhower, area engineer for TxDOT in Texarkana.
