Three Arkansas circuit court judges believe the Lantz Lurry Juvenile Detention Center is ‘in a position to meet national standards for juvenile crime prevention and delinquency rehabilitation. The March 16 letter was signed by Judges Joe Griffin, Jim Hudson and Kirk Johnson of the Circuit Court of Miller County, Eighth South Judicial District.
