The Kiwanis Club of Texarkana and the Caddo Area Council Boy Scouts of America will hold the 69th annual Easter Sunrise Service at 6:30 a.m. Sunday at Camp Preston Hunt. The service will be conducted in the amphitheater and feature guest speaker the Rev. Rusty Henderson of Lifeway Christian Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention, with music by Sandy Richardson. The service is open to the public and everyone is invited.
