Two people have been arrested by Texarkana, Ark., police for allegedly selling illegal alcohol out of their home. Investigators with the Bi-State Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant Sunday in the 1600 block of Rose Street and made contact with Shandra Martin and Charles Washington, said Officer Chris Rankin, Texarkana, Ark., Police Department spokesman.
