Paul Suskie, Arkansas Public Service Commission chairman, will speak to the public and members of College Hill Community Development Corp. at 6 tonight at the Bi-State Justice Building. Suskie was serving in his third term as city attorney for North Little Rock when Gov. Mike Beebe appointed him Jan. 30 to chair the commission. Suskie also worked for former U.S. Sen.
