FOREMAN, Ark. Only a handful of residents showed up for Thursday nights public hearing for hazardous waste and air permits involving Ash Grove Cement Co.s plans to revamp its kilns at the local plant. Held at Foreman City Hall by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, the meeting detailed changes at the plant and effects on the hazardous waste process and air emissions.
