A man facing charges of first-degree murder is back behind bars after failing to comply with a Bowie County district judges order. Doshee Towery, 36, lost his conditional freedom Thursday when he reported to probation officials who have been supervising him while his case moves through the judicial process. Towery was ordered to report to probation regularly as a condition of the $100,000 bond set by Bowie County District Judge John Miller.
