The Texarkana, Texas, Parks and Recreation Departments community rummage sale will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 21 at Spring Lake Park. All items for sale are welcome except animals, firearms or food. A 20-by-20 foot space is available for $15, and sellers must preregister with the Parks Department at City Hall.
