The Southwest Arkansas Development Council will accept applications for Head Start from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through April 13 at two Miller County Head Start locations. Applications will be accepted for children who will be 3 or 4 years old on or before Sept.15. Parents must bring their childs immunizations record, birth certificate, Social Security card, proof of insurance and familys income.
