Paul Suskie, current chairman of the Arkansas Public Service Commission, spoke to members of the College Hill Community Development Corporation Thursday evening on ways to revitalize the College Hill area. Suskie gave a presentation to the group on a policing concept called Support, Abate, Fine and Enforce Team, a community effort used in North Little Rock to rid neighborhoods of crime and rundown houses.
