Texarkana, Ark.s City Beautiful Commission will ask to citizens this month for their ideas on how to State Line Avenue. The discussions are scheduled to take place over three days: April 17, 18 and 19, on the third floor of the Landmark Building at Broad Street and State Line. Rick Hall, the commissions chairman, was at the Texarkana, Ark, Board meeting Monday to invite directors. He said he plans to do the same this coming week at the Texas-sides meeting. ‘We know it is an asset that has gone underutilized for years’ said Hall of State Line.
