Loomis Farms Gourmet & More has jumped into the downtown Texarkana mix as a gourmet cooking oils shop and small restaurant in the former Chubby Ds Deli shop at 112 Pine St. The family-owned operation is the brainchild of Janie and Jim Loomis, who see the building as a great spot for producing gourmet olive oils and herb combinations, as well as serving breakfast and lunch.
