A two-day workshop intended for caregivers of aging and disabled people is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and April 17 at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences AHEC-Southwest, 300 E. Sixth St. The workshop is free and addresses issues such as techniques to reduce stress, avoid boredom and relieve boredom and loneliness. Seating is limited and registration is first come, first served. Funds are also available to reimburse the cost of respite care for your loved one during the workshop.
