DE QUEEN, Ark. After listening to opinions for a month, Sevier County Judge Dick Tallman discovered Latinos and ‘Angelos do not communicate regardless of language. Tallman discussed a proposed resolution during the last month ‘encouraging all citizens of Sevier County to learn English to improve communications. The resolution had been tabled during the March 12 meeting of the Sevier County Quorum Court. The Quorum Court reconsidered the resolution Monday afternoon and unanimously approved it.
