NEW BOSTON, Texas Bowie County registered voters seeking to vote in the May 12 special state constitutional election will need to go to the polling place for their respective precincts. Early voting in Bowie County will start April 30 and last through May 8. Votes can be cast between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during those days at either the Bi-State Justice Building in Texarkana or the Bowie County Courthouse in New Boston.
