Students at St. James go medieval for an academic fair of the Middle Ages

Sixth-grade students at St. James Day School went back in time Wednesday in al Medieval Fair as part of an academic study on medieval times. ‘Off with their heads, if they poke each others eyes out’ said Lisa Norton, who played the queen of the royal court, as she handed out flags to Gail Petersons class as they entered the royal grounds. The festivities kicked off with an entrance parade with the king, queen and the royal court. Bob Primm, sixth-grade teacher, was king of the court.
