LINDEN, Texas Jury selection in a civil lawsuit brought by Billy Ray Johnson against two men convicted of assaulting him and dumping him on a country road has been postponed until Monday. Fifth District Judge Ralph Burgess, who serves both Cass and Bowie counties, will preside over the Cass county case.
