A federal jury on Wednesday sided with Laroy Thomas Inc. in a racial discrimination lawsuit filed by a former employee. It determined the company was not guilty of any type of racial harassment. A story in Thursdays edition wrongly reported the opposite was true and wrongly reported the defendant received $5,000 for lost wages and benefits.
