RED LICK, Texas Even though the Red Lick City Council would one day like to have its own city hall, members agreed Thursday that now was not the time to buy land for it. Since its incorporation 10 years ago, the city has been leasing a log cabin-style private building on Farm to Market Road 3419 for $200 a month.
