County clerk responds to report of reduced pay: Ann Nicholas says claims Miller County dispatchers salaries were reduced are misleading
Saying the salaries of Miller County Sheriff Department dispatchers were reduced is ‘misleading, inflammatory and untrue’ said Miller County Clerk Ann Nicholas. Nicholas recently issued a letter in response to an article published in the Texarkana Gazette saying Miller County Sheriff Linda Rambo and Chief Deputy Tommy Hollin were upset over dispatcher pay cuts. When the sheriffs department budget was prepared in December, it included pay raises for three dispatchers and a supervisor, said Rambo.
