Partners for the Pathway celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony Saturday for the first section of over 30 miles of Texarkana trails. ‘After looking at master plans for parks we decided to put a two-mile trail around the park’ said Jesse Buchanan, director of Texarkana, Texas, Parks and Recreation. John and Julie Ray Harrison with Partnership for the Pathway, opened the dedication, which was held immeddiately after the opening of Scout-O-Rama.
