By Lori Dunn Texarkana Gazette Texas-side council members will once again debate the police chief issue when they meet in an open workshop at 6 p.m. tonight at City Hall. According to the workshop agenda, the council is meeting in the City Hall conference room to discuss the appointment of an interim police chief.
