Additional evidence is being analyzed by the Arkansas Crime Lab after five charges were added against Brandon Stringer, 26. Stringer was originally charged with two counts of capital murder for the deaths of Carole Ellinburg, 61, and her son, Jamie Ellinburg, 20, of Texarkana, Ark. The bodies of the mother and son were found Nov. 26 in a house destroyed by fire at 1924 Pecan St. Stringer appeared before Circuit Court Judge Jim Hudson Tuesday morning in the Miller County Courthouse with Latrece E. Gray, who is a capital conflicts attorney with the Arkansas Public Defender Commission.
