Little River County residents celebrate courthouse centennial

ASHDOWN, Ark. The 100th anniversary of the Little River County Courthouse on Wednesday was a celebration of looking back before going into the future. Gov. Mike Beebe described the celebration as ‘going back in time, honoring the past in the present and looking forward to the future. ‘Youre honoring your heritage today. Ive seen beautiful period-piece dresses of the early 1900s.
