The Texarkana, Ark., City Beautiful Commission wrapped up the final day of three days of meetings focused on design improvements for State Line Avenue. The wrap-up meeting was held Thursday at the Landmark Building downtown, and featured ideas from residents, business owners and officials from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. CBC chairman Rick Hall said State Line was an early focus of the group when it was first formed. ‘We know what it (State Line) is right now, and its an eyesore, and we want to change that’ he said.
