About 50 tons of Ludowici tile from a company in New Lexington, Ohio, is being stored on the Buhrman-Pharr loft apartment premises, ready to be placed on the roof of the Municipal Auditorium downtown. The tile came in two different truckloads, one Tuesday and one Wednesday. The roof of the auditorium, which also houses the City Hall offices and the downtown fire station, has been undergoing a renovation for months now, and tiling is the third and final phase. The first two phases consisted of repairing the flat part of the roof.
