DODDRIDGE, Ark. Two events have been planned to celebrate the anniversary of the ministry of the Rev. Tony and Kathia Harris at Elizabeth Baptist Church in the Caney community. A pre-anniversary roast featuring several speakers from the congregation will be at 7 p.m. today followed by the anniversary service at 3 p.m. Sunday.
