DE QUEEN, Ark. Juan Mosqueda has been sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction with five years suspended after pleading guilty to sexual assault in the second degree. Mosqueda, 36, recently pleaded guilty before Ninth Circuit Court Judge Ted Capeheart in a case that involved a girl under the age of 18. According to court records, the incident occurred in July 2003. However, the incident wasnt reported to law enforcement officials until Jan. 4, 2007.
