Authorities say a fisherman may have discovered the body of 21-year-old Dustin Otis of Hughes Springs, Texas, about 4 p.m. Saturday on the surface of Wright Patman Lake. ‘We wont know for sure it is him until the results return from the autopsy, but we have no reason to believe it is not’ Bowie County Sheriff James Prince said.
