The Texarkana College Board of Trustees met in regular session Tuesday to approve a bid of $316,829 on interior renovation of the cosmetology building. ‘Its going to be a beautiful building. Were all going to be proud of it’ said Borden Bell, TC board president. The bid went to Altech Inc., with a completion date of Aug. 1. The cost will come from building and maintenance reserves.
