Carolyn Jean Moses Robinson, who is in the later stages of Alzheimers, hardly ever smiles any more. But when she does, its like the sun breaking out from behind dark clouds. Her husband, Harlon Robinson, waits for those moments. ‘She can also let you know with a look if she doesnt like somethin’ he said. Robinson entered the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves on Jan. 21, 1951, and was active for 18 months until June 1952. Then came inactive duty for 5 1/2 more years, a total of 7 years of service.
