Pleasant Grove area residents can head to the polls as early voting begins today for a proposed $29.5 million dollar school bond issue. Early voting hours are from 7:30 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Elementary School, 6500 Pleasant Grove Road. Also, an information meeting on the bond proposal will be at 7 p.m. today at the Pleasant Grove Middle School Gym. Voters have the option of approving a number of district-wide repairs to the three current schools, including building a new intermediate schools for grades three through five.
