MILLWOOD STATE PARK, Ark. Two Texarkana men hung onto their overturned 16-foot aluminum boat while another Texarkana man clung to a tree for about five hours Sunday before being rescued in Lake Millwood. Shane Anderson, 24, of Texarkana, Ark., and Chris Vanderbilt, 24, of Texarkana, Texas, hung onto the overturned boat and Justin Beasley, 25, of Texarkana, Ark., clung to a nearby tree.
